To be included in the list of degree candidates, it is necessary for students to submit a Request for a Graduation Evaluation (except BSW students who follow a separate process – see below). Students should submit this form prior to enrolling for their final semester of classes (typically a student planning to graduate submits this form in the semester before they will enroll for the last time). Once it has been reviewed, an advisor from HES Student Services, in 106 Gwynn Hall, will contact the student to schedule an appointment to discuss and sign the official review. This is an important step in the graduation process and the only way student names can be added to the list of degree candidates.
If you have NOT completed a graduation check, please stop by the Student Services office in 106 Gwynn Hall to make sure that all requirements have been met.
