HES Faculty Success Program

The Office of the Associate Dean of Research is offering the opportunity to participate in the Faculty Success Program that is offered by the National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity (NCFDD).  This online program is designed to teach tenure-track faculty time management skills to allow them to increase both their research and writing productivity as well as maintaining a healthy work-life balance. This program is 12-week and currently the summer program is available.

Eligibility: HES Tenure Track faculty

  • Must be available to participate in Summer of 2021
  • Note: all expenditures have to be before June 1
  • There must be cost-sharing between the faculty member’s department and the Dean’s office. Co-funded (50/50). The program total cost is $4,250.

To Apply:

One-page cover letter describing how this will enhance your productivity and success as a faculty member (single spaced, 12 pt. times new roman, 1” margins). A letter of support from the Department Chair, which should also indicate agreement in cost-sharing this expense.
