Technology Support Options
Informational Technology Support MUHESIT@missouri.edu (to reach both Jonathan and Joyce)
Jonathan Weng (email@example.com) and Joyce McReynolds (firstname.lastname@example.org) provide direct technology support to faculty-staff for situations such as: departmental computer and laptops questions, software installation or updates, configuring smartphones for MU use, hardware repairs, setting up new equipment, assisting with procurement for all hardware and software, use of campus and college server resources for data storage and collaboration, network technology questions, implementation of new technologies in support of research and instruction projects.
Please contact Jonathan and Joyce before buying any hardware/software or beginning any new projects involving technology as some technologies cannot be supported within the College and may incur additional expenses or not interact properly with other campus systems, such as servers or wireless.

Amber is our web designer and handles all interactions with departmental web sites. To avoid any design conflicts or resource concerns, please direct requests regarding departmental web changes or updates through your chairperson, as many changes will require chair approval before Amber can implement them.

Students with technology questions should contact the DoIT help desk at (573) 882-5000. TigerTech in the Student Center is also available to help with things like repairs, viruses and wireless configuration.
