1. Click on the “File” tab at the top left of the Outlook screen.
2. Click on the “Options” button on the bottom of the left hand menu to open the Outlook Options window.
3. Then click the “Mail” button to open the mail menu.
4. Click the “Signatures” button to open a new window that will allow you to create your signature for e-mail.
Please note that this page allows you to create multiple e-mail signatures and assign different signatures to different e-mail accounts (if you use more than one account) or to use different signatures for replies and forwards vs new e-mails.
